Most of our services can be provided on a guaranteed flat-fee all-inclusive basis.

Examples of this include negotiating a first contract or a contract renewal, arbitration cases, labour board hearings and seminars to name a few.

When a client requires a service (such as in the examples above), we will quote a fee based upon the specifics of the client's situation. Time spent on the project is recorded, and if the time spent on the project at our regular hourly rate results in a cost that is lower than the quoted fee, the client pays the lower amount.

If, however, the time spent on the project at our regular hourly rate results in a cost that is higher than the quoted fee, the client pays only the original quoted amount - there are no additional billings.

Experience with our clients has shown that this is the preferred approach to fees because there are no unpleasant surprises.
